Utah Prep Boy's Ranch Students
Utah Preparatory Boy's Ranch students share common challenges stemming from self-defeating behaviors that have lead to academic setbacks. Professionals referring to our school see behaviors including:
- Depression, anxiety, anger, low self concept
- Withdrawal from family, rebellious behavior
- Poor peer relationships, loss of interest in extracurricular sports/hobbies
- Failing grades, learning style differences, ADD/HD
- Substance abuse, self destructive behaviors
Our response to these behaviors is an integration of therapeutics with individualized academic support. In a setting that encourages self awareness while living in an environment that expects commitment to others, a student can grow to learn that in service to others he will find the strength and knowledge to help himself.
